 Cindy Rathle, CPA, Managing Principal

Cindy brings 21 years of experience in her field of expertise, tax.  She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama.  She joined the firm in December 1986.  Cindy grew up in Mobile and is an active member of the Junior League.

Ann Broughton, CPA, Principal

Ann, an Arizona native, graduated from the University of Arkansas.  She has lived in Mobile for over 20 years and joined the firm in February 1986. Her primary field of expertise is auditing.

Robert A. Headrick Jr., CPA, Principal

Robert, a native of Mobile, is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a BS in Accounting.  In 2000 he received his MBA from Regis University.  He joined the firm, with 23 years experience, in August 2006.  His primary field of expertise is in Audit and Management Advisory services.

E. Walter McKean, Jr., CPA, Firm Counsel

Walter graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Accounting in 1962. He is licensed in Alabama as well as Mississippi and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA) and Alabama Society of CPA’s. Walter has served as Expert Witness on several valuation and general business issues.

Lori Blum, Tax

Lori is currently attending the University of South Alabama.  She is a native of Mobile who brought 3 years tax experience with her when she joined the firm in June 2006.

Teresa Ernest, CPA, Tax

Teresa has been with the firm for 12 years (since August 1995.)  She graduated from Rhodes College in 1993 with a B.A. in Business Administration and got her MBA in 2004 from the University of South Alabama.  She resides in Fairhope, where she grew up, with her husband Walter and daughter Elizabeth.

Chester Feagin, Tax

Chester has called Mobile home since 1940.  He joined the firm in January of 1996. He is a Veteran of WWII & the Korean Conflict.  He and his wife of 60 years, Donnie, have 1 daughter and 2 granddaughters.

Corrine March, Tax

Corrine is a graduate of Springhill College; she passed her CPA exam in 2000.  She joined the firm in January 2007.

Becky Minto, Small Business Services

Becky is currently enrolled at University of South Alabama seeking a Business Administration degree. She has 20 years of accounting experience in Small Business and 1 year of Auditing Experience. She joined the firm in August 2004.

Elizabeth McNicoll, Small Business Services

Elizabeth is a 2007 graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS in Accounting.  She is a native of Mobile and is currently working toward her Masters of Accountancy at the University of South Alabama.  She has one year of experience in public accounting.

Dana Allen, CPA, Auditing

Dana graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Accounting.  She received her MBA from the University of Mobile in May 2001.  She has 12 years experience in governmental/non-profit accounting.  Dana resides in Mobile with her husband LeBaron and two sons Christopher and Daniel.

Patrick Connlley, Auditing

Patrick moved to Mobile after Graduating in 2003 from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, Houston TX to attend Spring Hill College.  He joined the firm shortly after graduating from Spring Hill College in December 2007.

Matthew McKinley, Auditing

Matthew plans to graduate from the University of Mobile with a degree in accounting and a masters in business.  He joined the firm in January 2008.

C. Wayne Parmer, Jr., CPA, Auditing

Wayne, a native of Mobile, is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a BS in Accounting ; he has 10 years related experience.  Wayne resides in Creola with his wife, Christy, and his three sons CW, Daniel and Seth.  Wayne joined the firm in February 2008.

Dock Richardson, Auditing

Dock, a Mobile native, graduated from the University of South Alabama with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Administration.  Dock has continued his education by graduating Alabama Banking School and BAI School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin with an Audit major.  Dock joined the firm in July 2004, bringing over 10 years experience to his primary field of expertise~ Bank Internal Audit/Bank Compliance.

Jason Schmitt, CPA, Auditing

Jason, a native of Sparta, Tennessee, graduated from Samford University with a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Accounting.  He joined the firm in October 2007, shortly after moving to the area with his wife Debra and their daughter Savannah Delaney.   He has 11 years related experience.

Chaz Sellers, Auditing

Chaz joined the firm in February 2007 after graduating from Auburn University.

Becky Shaw, Auditing

Becky is currently enrolled at the University of South Alabama seeking a BA in Business Administration.  A native of Mobile, she joined the firm in September 2003.

Wendy Sullivan, Auditing

Wendy has 15 years experience with her primary field of expertise in Internal Bank Audit & Regulation Compliance.  She is a native of Annapolis, Maryland who joined the firm in May 2002.

Janette McKean, Bookkeeper

Janette, a native of Honduras, moved to the states in 1952 and has been in Mobile for over 30 years.  Janette has been a member of the firm since its inception in July 1974.  She enjoys traveling around the world with Walter. 

Carmella Holmes, Receptionist

Carmella, a Mobile native, joined the firm in October 2005.  She has 20 years experience in the administrative/secretarial field.  Hers is, usually, the sunny voice that greets you when you call our office.

Brenda Praytor, Administrative Assistant

Brenda keeps us organized and on track; she has been an integral part of the Firm since January 1995.  She is a native of Alabama who has lived in Mobile for 17 years.  She has one daughter and one grandchild.

Denise Lamby, Firm Administrator

Denise joined the firm in October 2007.  She moved to Mobile, with her daughter, in February 1999 as an Americorp VISTA and found her home here.
